Ebru Bağran completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University and a program at Columbia Business School. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and earned her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Istanbul University.

Ms. Bağran began her career in the education sector in 2003, working as an instructor and manager at some of Turkey’s leading educational institutions until 2012. From that year onward, driven by her interest in organizational psychology and assessment, she decided to continue her career in this field. Over 12 years, she gained experience as a consultant, trainer, and senior executive, leading numerous Assessment Center, competency model, and Psychometric Tool Development projects. She also provided training to managers and HR teams across various sectors in Turkey on Assessor Training, Interview Skills, Feedback Techniques, and Psychometric Tool Interpretation.

In 2021, Ms. Bağran stepped down from her CEO role to establish foxhr Turkey, bringing a next-generation assessment approach. Along with her team, she provides tailored Assessment Center and Competency Development services to leading organizations across multiple sectors, including technology, banking, pharmaceuticals, and fast-moving consumer goods.

A sustainability advocate, Ms. Bağran actively participates in social responsibility projects, guided by the ideal of “Zero Talent Loss” in her professional life.
