Why do companies implement this program?

The program allows companies to base their senior leadership decisions on objective data and shape their future development plans.

It also provides strategic guidance during the transformation processes of leadership structures.

 

How does the evaluation process work?

The program consists of three stages:
  • C-Suite-specific business simulation (90 min)
  • Competency-based interview (40 min)
  • -Leadership potential inventory (20 min)
 
During the first two stages, the candidate is accompanied by two senior FoxHR consultants.

The content of the simulation and interview is designed with high candidate experience assessment frameworks that allow for effective measurement of critical, position-specific competencies in today's business world.

What do the report outputs include and when are they shared?

A comprehensive candidate and company report is delivered to the company the day after the assessment.

The report includes analyses such as strengths, development areas, leadership style, and strategic alignment.

Upon request, a feedback session can be scheduled within the following 7 days.

 

How does this assessment contribute to the development process?

The assessment not only analyzes the manager's current situation but also provides a future development roadmap.

Optionally, a measurement-based one-on-one development process is initiated with the Need Focus 1:1 Development Program, conducted with Foxhr's expert development consultants.

How does the feedback process work? How many types of feedback are given?

Feedback is provided at two levels:
  • Company feedback: After the report, a strategic evaluation meeting can be held with foxhr consultants.
  • Candidate feedback: The manager's development awareness is supported through optional one-on-one sessions.

Who are the consultants involved in the evaluation process?

The C-Suite evaluation process is conducted by FoxHR senior consultants who have international accreditation, experience with senior executives, and have evaluated at least 2000 executives throughout their careers.

This team of consultants accompanies the candidate one-on-one in every method and at least two senior consultants participate in each application.

At foxhr, no evaluation application is carried out without a consultant.
