Why do companies implement the Fox First program?
Fox First was developed to uncover the managerial potential of employees who are candidates for roles such as team leader, assistant manager, and director.
Companies use this program to obtain the most predictive objective data for pre-promotion assessments and internal resource planning.
What competencies are measured in this assessment package?
Fox First evaluates the fundamental leadership and management skills expected in first-level managers.
Potential in areas such as communication, taking responsibility, decision-making, task follow-up, team interaction, willingness to learn, and organizational awareness is analyzed holistically.
If the company has an existing competency set, the process is conducted based on it; otherwise, foxhr's specific assessment framework for first-level managers is used.
How does the evaluation process work?
The Fox First program is scheduled as a half-day program, from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
It is conducted either online or in-person, with two senior foxhr consultants present at every step.
The assessment process includes a total of 3 simulations and 1 inventory:
- Company Presentation
- In-Tray Exercise
- Role-Play
The Managerial Potential Inventory, administered at the end of the day, analyzes the participant's motivations, cultural fit, personality traits, reliability level, and managerial tendencies.
What do the report outputs include and when are they shared?
Individual and corporate reports are delivered to the company on the business day following the assessment.
The report details the candidate's strengths, areas for development, potential, and fundamental management competencies.
Upon request, a feedback session can be scheduled with foxhr consultants.
How does this assessment contribute to the development process?
Fox First makes visible the strengths and development areas of employees on the path to management.
This enables companies to make more accurate decisions in promotion processes and allows candidates to see their own development areas more clearly.
Upon request, development recommendations or one-on-one support programs can be offered by foxhr.
How does the feedback process work?
Feedback for both the company and the candidate is planned by foxhr consultants:
- Company feedback: In a meeting held after the assessment, analyses regarding managerial potential are shared.
- Candidate feedback: Through an optional one-on-one session, the participant's awareness is increased and their motivation for development is supported.
Who are the consultants and how are they involved in the process?
All assessments are conducted with at least two senior foxhr consultants.
