Competencies in areas such as decision-making in uncertainty, creating impact through communication, team management, openness to change, results orientation, and collaboration are analyzed holistically.
If the company has an existing competency set, the process is conducted based on that set; otherwise, foxhr's specific assessment framework for mid-level managers is used.

How does the evaluation process work?
The Fox Middle application is scheduled as a full-day program, from 09:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
It is conducted either online or in-person, with two senior foxhr consultants accompanying the participant at every step.

Individual and corporate reports are delivered to the company on the business day following the assessment.
The report provides a detailed overview of the manager's strengths, areas for development, management style, and cultural fit.
Upon request, a feedback session can be scheduled with foxhr consultants.

How does the feedback process work?
Feedback is provided by foxhr consultants, tailored specifically for both the company and the candidate:
- Company feedback: In a meeting held after the assessment, the manager's overall profile and alignment with corporate needs are shared.
- Candidate feedback: The manager's awareness and motivation for development are supported through an optional one-on-one session.
