Why do companies implement the Fox Senior program?

Fox Senior was developed by foxhr to multi-dimensionally evaluate managers' leadership capacity, decision-making skills, communication style, and corporate fit.

Companies prefer this program to make objective decisions and unlock their managers' potential during promotion, development planning, or restructuring processes.

What competencies are measured in this assessment package?

Fox Senior is designed to measure multi-dimensional skills prominent in managerial roles, such as decision-making, communication, leadership, and strategic contribution.

Competency levels in areas like decision-making in an environment of uncertainty, impactful communication skills, learning agility, leading change, team leadership, and a focus on business results are analyzed holistically.

If the company has an existing competency set, the process is conducted based on it. If not, foxhr's specific assessment framework for the managerial level is used as the basis.

How does the evaluation process work?

The Fox Senior program is scheduled as a full-day application from 09:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
It is conducted either online or in-person, with two senior foxhr consultants present at every step.

The assessment process includes a total of 5 simulations and 1 inventory:

  • Company Presentation
  • In-Tray Exercise
  • Customer Role-Play
  • Employee Role-Play
  • Manager (Senior-Level) Role-Play

The Leadership Potential Inventory, administered at the end of the day, deeply analyzes the participant's motivations, cultural fit, personality traits, reliability level, and leadership styles.

What do the report outputs include and when are they shared?

Individual and corporate reports are delivered to the company on the business day following the assessment.
The report provides detailed information on strengths, areas for development, management profile, and cultural fit.

Upon request, a feedback session can be scheduled with foxhr consultants.

How does this assessment contribute to the development process?

Fox Senior clearly reveals both the manager's current performance and their areas for development.

Based on the results, personalized development recommendations are provided. If requested, the process is supported with one-on-one coaching or development modules by foxhr.

How does the feedback process work?

Feedback is planned by foxhr consultants, specifically tailored for both the company and the candidate:

  • Company feedback: In a meeting held after the assessment, the results are shared at a strategic level.
  • Candidate feedback: An optional one-on-one session is held with the candidate to provide insights into their development areas.

Who are the consultants and how are they involved in the process?

All assessments are conducted with at least two senior foxhr consultants.

foxhr consultants are internationally accredited professionals who are experts in senior-level assessment and have conducted at least 2000+ managerial assessments throughout their careers.

At foxhr, every activity is conducted with a consultant; no step is taken without one.
