 foxMindSet consists of 20 scenarios that assess how participants would respond to situations they may encounter in the workplace. Each scenario is designed to observe a specific competency in context, and participants are asked to choose how they would approach it. Questions are presented in a random order from a large scenario pool, providing a unique experience for each participant. This structure supports fairness and reliability while minimizing the risk of cheating.

What is the duration of foxMindSet, and on which devices can it be used?

foxMindSet is completed in approximately 40 minutes. It is compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones, allowing participants to complete the test easily on their own devices without any additional installation.
