foxInt® enables multinational companies to evaluate their talent in different countries by preserving global assessment standards while considering local language, culture, and work dynamics.
Companies use foxInt to access objective and comparable data in overseas recruitment, talent management, promotion, and development processes, and to conduct assessment processes across different countries under a common framework.
Which competencies are measured in this assessment package?
foxInt® evaluates the multi-dimensional leadership and managerial competencies required for managerial positions.
Competencies critical to managerial roles—such as decision-making, strategic thinking, communication, team management, adaptability to change, collaboration, and result orientation—are analyzed with a holistic approach.
If the company has an existing competency set, the process is conducted based on this set; if not, foxhr’s evaluation framework specific to the executive level is taken as the baseline.
How does the assessment process work?
